Booking & Payment

  • Login: To book an appointment, you must log in with an ID-card or Mobile-ID (after choosing the time). If you do not have a valid document, please call the clinic.
  • Missing service: If you cannot find the desired service in the list, please contact us by phone.
  • Health Insurance (under 19): It is not possible to book Health Insurance Fund visits for patients under 19 through the online system. Please call us.
  • Payment: Payments can only be made on site by cash or bank card.

Cancellation & Rules

If you cannot come to your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can shorten waiting times.

Attention! If a patient does not show up or cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, the clinic has the right to charge double the visit fee during the next visit (Health Insurance Act § 70 section 6).
